High-frequency electrosurgical unit (high-frequency surgical unit) is a point surgical instrument (electrosurgical unit, ESU) that replaces mechanical scalpels for tissue cutting. It heats the tissue when the high-frequency (usually 200kHz to 3MHz) high-voltage current generated by the effective electrode tip is in contact with the body, so as to realize the separation and coagulation of the body tissue, thereby achieving the purpose of cutting and hemostasis.
